...that I used to have a one and only obsession towards an Anime, 20 years ago.
The Anime is called 'Akai Kodan Zillion (Red Photon Zilion)'.
'Zillion' is a name of a toy gun made by SEGA, and the animation was the part of the promotion of this toy, but really well made.
The stuff of 'Zillion' animation are people now make 'Ghost In The Shell' series, Production I.G..
Yes, I know, nobody knows about Zillion, only popular in Japan, France, Italy, and Brazil, I guess.
For 20th anniversary, I draw a picture, which I feel a bit embarrassed to show, but hey.

Got another house mate for a while!
Now 4 people live in a 3 bed room flat. Plus quite a lot of visitors recently.
I know I have to do more work, but it's a bit difficult...

Swimming in a cold

I popped around Exmouth, Devon, and saw a swimming festival on bloody freezing Christmas morning!
There are so many kids & dogs disguised as reindeer, that I couldn't distinguish which is a kid which is a dog.

Anyway, those brave swimmers were brilliant, running & screaming into the sea!!!
Everybody cheered them.
There seemed to be some people join in this every year as a family.
When I was leaving the beach, I think I heard an ambulance... but never mind.

Eeeek!!

Today, Ochibo popped around to Cartoon Museum for postcard sales, Chi-tan went to see people as a representitive of Umi-Yama, Inko flyed around Birghton sky, dropping some comics off on book shops.

Diversity of activity as comic artists, I know we don't make any money for comic making, yet we love it.

London Anime Club Meeting!

This coming Sunday, there is an event hosted by London Anime Club (URL: http://www.anime.org.uk/aorguk.nsf!Open) in Hog's Head nr Tower Hill tube station.
I myself haven't been this monthly event and a bit nervous to go.
It costs 2.50 to get in, but other Umi-Yama members said it worth going.
We'll have a table to sell our comics- if you are interested, please come!

By the way, this morning I've received a persel from my mum, which was full of pickled garlics & wacky socks... nice one, mum. Exactly what I wanted.

I'm so sad that I can't go as a member of Umisen-Yamasen tomorrow, but I believe other members: Chi-tan, Ochibo, Hepi are going to do thire best! Good luck for the live drawings!!
The funny thing is, Ochibo was counted as a female on this flyer for this event.
I'm sure he can give you a lovely smile like a 18 years-old girl. (shiver)
